Lyla Grace Gregory
Lyla Grace Gregory is an accomplished softball trainer at On Deck, bringing 18 years of invaluable experience to the table. With a primary position as a third baseman and the versatility to play shortstop, Grace’s expertise covers various aspects of the game. As a Goodpasture Christian High School graduate, she made her mark early on, earning All-Conference honors during her 10th and 11th grade years and securing the title of Region MVP in her junior year. Lyla’s skills were further sharpened through travel ball, playing with esteemed teams such as 14u-16u Fury and 18u Vexus. After signing with Belmont University for softball in Fall 2020, she transferred to Vol State in Spring 2021, where she was named First Team All-Conference for two consecutive years.
Currently pursuing a degree in exercise science/sports training, Lyla Grace is determined to blend her passion for softball with her academic pursuits. She looks forward to continuing her athletic and educational journey at the University of North Alabama (UNA), making significant strides both on and off the field. With her extensive experience and unwavering dedication, Lyla Grace Gregory is a valuable asset in shaping the future of aspiring softball players at On Deck.
